Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team.
You will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business insights develop predictive models and support data-driven decision-making across departments.
The ideal candidate is proficient in data mining statistical modeling machine learning and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement machine learning models predictive analytics and statistical algorithmsAnalyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product and business teams
Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows
Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Continuously improve model accuracy scalability and interpretability

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
Strong understanding of machine learning statistics and data mining techniques.
Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or matplotlib/seaborn
Experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark Hadoop) is a plus
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure) is preferred
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Data Science or related fields.
