Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior PL-SQL Developer with extensive experience in Oracle PL/SQL MS SQL Server and Reporting Services like SSRS or other equivalent reporting tools to design develop and optimize data pipelines database objects and reports supporting enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance tuning database development and reporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain database objects (tables views materialized views procedures functions packages and triggers).
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries stored procedures and ETL processes for data transformation and integration.
Analyze and optimize database performance using indexes query plans and SQL hints.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure data quality and integrity.
Provide L2 support and root-cause analysis for production issues; execute ad-hoc queries for business teams.
Support change requests and bug fixes through SDLC processes.
Lead a track of small offshore team members with similar skills

Required Skills

Databases: Oracle 11g/12c MS SQL Server

Operating System: Windows
Other: Performance Tuning Data Modeling Error Handling Job Scheduling
Experience working with Manufacturing Distribution or Logistics industries

Education

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline.
