Work Schedule Key Responsibilities -
Perform secretarial and administrative duties in support of assigned attorneys.

Create and maintain legal files records and reports.
-
Prepare documents and assist with trial preparation.
-
Draft and format pleadings tables of authorities and tables of contents.
-
Manage daily mail phone calls and emails for attorneys.
-
Draft routine correspondence and legal documents for attorney review.
-
Schedule appointments depositions hearings and client meetings.
-
Greet and assist clients professionally upon arrival.
-
Maintain attorney calendars and track deadlines and court dates.
-
Coordinate travel arrangements hotel bookings and event registrations.
-
Conduct conflict checks and open new client/matter files.
-
Prepare and perfect documents for court filing including e-filing.

Provide occasional coverage and support to other legal staff as needed.
Qualifications -
High school diploma required; completion of two years of college or vocational school preferred.

5 years of experience including at least 3 years as a litigation secretary or paralegal in a law office or related setting.

Exceptional spelling grammar and punctuation skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook (beginner to intermediate).

Strong knowledge of basic office equipment (copiers scanners printers phones).

Excellent communication organization and multitasking abilities.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (files and office supplies).
