Role: SAP PP QM Consultant
Location: Cincinnati Ohio Hybrid (3 Days in a week)

Role Overview
The SAP PPQM Consultant will play a key role in implementing configuring and supporting the SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The consultant will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to streamline production quality inspection and compliance processes within a highly regulated aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP and QM solutions aligned with aviation industry standards.
- Configure SAP PP modules (BOMs routings work centers MRP shop floor control capacity planning).
- Set up SAP QM processes including inspection planning quality notifications results recording and certificate management.
- Support integration between PP QM and other SAP modules (MM PM EWM SD).
- Implement and maintain inspection characteristics master inspection lots and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with manufacturing maintenance and quality teams to ensure end-to-end traceability and compliance.
- Conduct system testing (unit integration UAT) and user training sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support issue resolution and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications configuration documentation and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules (implementation and support).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Deep understanding of integration points between PP QM and MM PM EWM and SD.
- Ability to interpret and implement regulatory quality standards such as AS9100 or ISO 9001 is an advantage.
- Excellent communication analytical and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SAP Certification in PP or QM modules.
- Knowledge of SAP MII MES or digital manufacturing systems.
- Familiarity with aviation MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) processes.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
