About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Data Analytics Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of data handling Excel and visualization tools and a strong curiosity for analyzing patterns and drawing insights from data. Youll assist the analytics team in collecting cleaning and interpreting data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect organize and clean raw data from multiple sources.
Use tools like Excel Google Sheets or SQL to analyze data sets.
Create visual dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio.
Identify trends patterns and insights that can help improve business performance.
Assist in preparing presentations and analytical summaries for internal teams.
Work with team members to automate and improve reporting processes.
Support senior analysts in ongoing projects and ad-hoc analysis.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables VLOOKUP Charts).
Basic understanding of SQL or databases.
Familiarity with any visualization tool (Power BI Tableau or similar).
Knowledge of basic statistics and data interpretation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Clear communication and documentation skills.
