About the Role: As an Outbound Sales Development Representative youll be at the forefront of our growth reaching out to restaurant owners and managers to introduce them to our solution. Youll manage the top of the sales funnelgenerating interest qualifying prospects and booking demos for our Account Executives.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills resilience and a true hunter mindset. Youll have the freedom to experiment iterate and directly impact the companys revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to restaurant owners and managers.
  • Qualify leads manage the sales pipeline and drive opportunities to close.
  • Follow and refine sales scripts while handling objections effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and KPI reporting in the CRM.

Hard Skills Required:

  • 47 years of outbound/cold-calling experience in B2B or SaaS sales.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; clear concise communicator.
  • Proficient in any CRM tools and disciplined in managing pipelines.
  • Ability to quickly learn a new SaaS product and translate value to SMB buyers.

Soft Skills Required:

  • Persistent resilient and goal-oriented hunter mindset.
  • Coachable and proactive comfortable adapting to feedback and iteration.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and reliability in all client interactions.
