Responsibilities

Manage litigation files from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings discovery and dispositive motions
Conduct depositions and appear in court for hearings and trials
Advise insurance carriers and insured clients on case strategy

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required
27 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
Excellent writing and courtroom skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

Compensation
$150000 $210000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
