As a Goodstart Educator youll become a vital part of our team working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Forest Gardens:

The seven-room centre accommodating up to 100 children takes pride in its long-term employees and exceptionally low staff turnover rate. Our dedicated staff members have service tenures ranging from 1 to 25 years with an average tenure of 8 years. Over 90% of our team members hold a Diploma qualification or higher.

We deeply honour and respect the diverse cultural backgrounds of our staff representing countries such as China Papua New Guinea Australia Japan Tonga the Solomon Islands India the Philippines and Burma. Youll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Queensland Working with Children Check(Blue Card)
