Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Financial Planning and Analysis to lead our FP&A function. This hybrid role will oversee the accuracy and integrity of budgets forecasts and management reporting. The Manager FP&A will play a critical role in financial reporting and will support strategic initiatives with rigorous financial analysis and support.

Responsibilities

Manage the preparation of annual budgets forecasts and long-range financial plans.
Manage daily cash flow forecasting model
Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.

Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analyses.
Support the monthly financial reporting process including variance analysis and management reporting.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support business decisions and initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes to optimize operational efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum B.S. degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
Minimum 2-4 years of financial planning and analysis or similar role
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and sense of curiosity
