We are working in partnership with a welcoming Early Years setting and invite applications for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner.

Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner you will contribute to delivering high-quality education and care for children aged from infancy through to school-age within a dynamic centre. You will help build structured nurturing learning experiences promoting childrens welfare development and readiness for school.

Key Responsibilities

• Work across age phases (babies toddlers pre-school reception) to support teaching learning and wellbeing.
• Plan and implement engaging play-based and structured activities that excite and challenge children.
• Monitor record and review childrens progress and ensure continuity of learning
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment in line with safeguarding and welfare regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues contribute to curriculum planning and support transitions into school.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience working in Early Years or Nursery settings.
• A sound understanding of child development from 0-5 years and ability to adapt to multiple age phases.
• Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to promoting childrens welfare and achieving high standards of care.
• Relevant qualification (for example Level 3 in Early Years) or willingness to work toward one.
