As we continue to scale across EMEA were looking for a high-energySSnA Analyst to join our team in Frankfurt and help power commercial decision-making with data-led insights.

About the Role

As anSS&A Analyst youll play a critical role in understanding how our products perform in-market. Youll be the engine behind oursell-through analytics ensuring we have clear visibility on consumer demand retail performance and market trends. Your insights will influence go-to-market strategies promotional plans demand forecasting and commercial priorities across DACH and the wider EMEA region.

This is a role for someone who loves data moves at pace and is ready to drive impact from day one.

What Youll Be Doing

• Monitor and analysesell-through performanceacross retailers and channels to understand real consumer demand.
• Turn data into clear actionable insights for commercial marketing and product teams.
• Build dashboards tools and reporting that support decision-making and forecast accuracy.
• Identify risks and opportunities in market performance promotional execution and product availability.
• Partner closely with Sales Finance Supply Chain and Marketing teams to align on strategies and recommendations.
• Support business reviews with retailers and internal leadership by preparing performance narratives and insight packs.
• Bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to how we track measure and tell the story of our commercial performance.

What Youll Bring

• 3-5 years Strong analytical skills and experience working with commercial retail or consumer performance data.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau Looker or similar visualization platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into simple compelling messages that influence stakeholders.
• A proactive curious mindset always askingwhyandwhat next.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced growth-oriented business.
• Collaborative working style and the confidence to engage with cross-functional partners.
• Business-level English required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
