Were now seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to use your expertise to shape practice drive innovation and continue your own professional growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist you will:
Manage a diverse NDIS caseload across a variety of disabilities
Work with children (9) and adults in homes schools and community settings
Support clients with AAC swallowing/dysphagia and complex communication needs
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of OTs Speech Pathologists Physiotherapists and PBS Practitioners
Provide supervision and mentoring to early career Speech Pathologists
Support quality practice improvement
What Youll Bring
Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor or Masters)
Experience in the disability or community sector (preferred)
Skills in AAC swallowing/dysphagia and complex communication needs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A team player who works well in a multidisciplinary environment
A positive proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning
Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
Current Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
Drivers licence and access to a vehicle
