The role

Lead and co-design engaging inquiry-based programs for children 35 aligned to the EYLF and NQF.
Build warm trusting partnerships with families and colleagues.
Contribute to assessment documentation and continuous improvement.
Champion child safety inclusion and wellbeing across the service.

About you

ACECQA-approved ECT qualification (or near completion).
NSW Working With Children Check and current First Aid/CPR/anaphylaxis.
Evidence-informed practice grounded in Reggio Emilia/inquiry-based pedagogy.
Collaborative reflective and committed to child safety and quality.
