About the role:

Welcome to the No7 Consumer Growth Analytics and Intelligence team - a key team for understanding our consumers and their behaviour as well as being a pivotal support for our new brand growth strategy. This team will lead the transformation from traditional research methods to tech enabled AI powered approaches unlocking deeper understanding sharper foresight and faster decision-making all the while decoding consumer behaviour shaping brand narratives and fuelling strategic decision-making.

The purpose of the role is to support the development of our progressive capabilities overseeing the scale up of AI powered insights tools across the business enabling the team to rapidly embrace evolving technology and methodologies to ensure the broader Category Consumer and Commercial Strategy team are at the forefront of progressive insights.

The role will drive competitive advantage increased agility as well as improve speed to market with faster insights as well as provide maximum impact for the budgets available.

Whilst the role is of a temporary nature it will be crucial in setting us up for future success and will report directly into the Head of Consumer Growth Analytics & Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of agile and progressive insights workstream:
    • Scouting and piloting AI powered capabilities across insight trends and analytics ensuring No7 BC are always at the forefront of emerging technology
    • Onboarding of new progressive insights partners including leading on data impact assessments (DIAs) and supporting where necessary in the AI & Ethics council / steer cos etc
    • Management of AI powered tools and contracts
    • Maximising emerging AI capabilities from our existing tools and providers
  • Responsible for scaling and embedding progressive insights tools across the business:
    • Upskilling team members and key business partners
    • Developing and embedding new business processes which allow us to embrace tech enabled ways of working
    • Representing the teams progressive toolbox to the business and wider industry where relevant
  • Ownership of wider tech enabled partnerships e.g with WPP
  • Insights partnering support where necessary for the core Consumer Growth & Intelligence Managers

What youll need to have: (candidate experience):
  • Relationship management across a network of stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources synthesising opportunities into action plans
  • Clear storytelling ability. Confident enthusiastic & persuasive in their manner
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing business needs
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
  • Passionate about consumer behaviour brand growth and the rise of new modern research methodologies
  • Confident curious and commercially astute
