Job Summary

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management with a proven track record of effectively leading teams and delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling resource allocation and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget.
Lead and motivate a team of skilled laborers subcontractors and vendors providing guidance support and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Interpret project plans blueprints and specifications and communicate requirements and expectations to the team ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress identify potential issues or risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with project managers engineers architects and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication coordination and resolution of project-related issues.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site promote a culture of safety awareness and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction foreman or similar supervisory role preferably in commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques methods and materials with the ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical specifications.
Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of workers to achieve project goals and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
30-hour OSHA certification.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
