Job Summary

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management with a proven track record of effectively leading teams and delivering successful projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling resource allocation and quality control to ensure projects are completed safely on time and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled laborers subcontractors and vendors providing guidance support and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Interpret project plans blueprints and specifications and communicate requirements and expectations to the team ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress identify potential issues or risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers engineers architects and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication coordination and resolution of project-related issues.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site promote a culture of safety awareness and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety standards.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction foreman or similar supervisory role preferably in commercial construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques methods and materials with the ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and technical specifications.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of workers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 30-hour OSHA certification.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
