Drummond Woodsum seeks an attorney to join its business services practice at its Portland Maine position will involve a broad range of work including mergers and acquisitions debt and equity financings securities laws matters and other commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters including corporate governance and contract issues as well as drafting reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements.

Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials excellent research and writing skills a strong work ethic and the ability to manage and work well on a team.
