We are seeking a skilled Digital Policy Expert with a strong background in digital policy particularly in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Quantum Technologies and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital transformation projects and participating in EU bidding procedures including proposal preparation

Your key responsibilities

Evaluate and implement digital policies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Provide expertise in areas such AI Quantum Technologies and Cybersecurity to inform policy development and strategic initiatives.
Participate in the preparation of proposals for EU bidding procedures both orchestrating the preparation and writing of content.
Manage digital transformation projects ensuring successful delivery and alignment with best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation and policy compliance.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the digital landscape to inform policy recommendations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and team members across various EY practices.

Skills and attributes for success

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Strong expertise in AI Quantum Technologies and Cybersecurity.
Experience with EU bidding procedures and proposal preparation.
Proven ability to manage digital transformation projects effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong written communication skills ensuring that style and the content is tailored to the target audience from operational to managerial levels.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment demonstrating a proactive approach and a solution-oriented mindset.
Proficient in project management methodologies.

To qualify for the role you must have

A higher education degree preferably in technology science or engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation within the public sector or consulting environment.
Experience in bid management processes for EU public tenders ensuring that proposals effectively address the tender requirements and demonstrates the value of the proposed solution.
Understanding of EU public sector operations and EU digital policies.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Ideally youll also have

Project Management experience working within other sectors.
Proficiency in additional European language(s).
Experience in working at consulting firms.
