Position Summary:The Perinatal Sonographer III demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in the management of diagnostic testing. Demonstrates focused critical thinking integrates multi-system implications and provides anticipatory observation and management for predictable events. Demonstrates interdisciplinary collaboration and an outcome-oriented approach to care.
Qualifications: The Perinatal Sonographer III:
- Graduate of an approved diagnostic medical sonography program with a minimum of five years experience; additional clinical experience or credentials may be considered in lieu of some education.
- Specialty registry through ARDMS or CCI
- 5 years of experience as a Sonographer. Perinatal Sonography experience is required.
- Dual registries preferred (ex. Fetal Echo Pediatric Echocardiography Nuchal Translucency Advanced Cardiac Sonographer Registered Cardiac Sonographer or Adult Echo)
- Current BLS certification AHA
- Ability to read write speak and understand English.
Shift: Limited (20 hours per week) Day Shift 8:00 AM - 5:00PM. No weekend or holiday work.
***This position is located at the West Manatee Health Center in Bradenton FL (3 days per week).
Salary Range: Minimum 36.52/hour - Maximum 58.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
