Job Summary
- Lead and manage the IT Department.
- Oversee and ensure the maintenance and optimization of hardware software networks and systems.
- Implement IT policies and best practices for the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services.
- Develop short range and long-range plans for the organization.
- Responsible for Data Security and Business Recovery plans and execution.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to the organization.
- Manage complex systems implementations and provide project leadership to other departments when required.
- Member of the organization leadership team.
- Work collaboratively with the IT Team for Measurement Solutions and Emerson.
You are an individual who is tech savvy and stays current on emerging technologies. You take action on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm. You consistently achieve results even in difficult situations and rebound from setbacks and adversity. You communicate clearly understanding the needs of different levels of knowledge.
- Bachelors Degree in IT related field or Business
- Six (6) years of related experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Experience with or knowledge of CMMC CUI and ITAR.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the organization as well as within the larger corporate structure.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $110000 - $125000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities ad experience each candidate brings to a role.
