Responsibilities Include:
Growth & Revenue Leadership: Develop and own the companys growth strategy across all digital marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. Lead sales merchandising marketing and pricing teams to maximize revenue and profitability.
Set clear goals KPIs and performance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and accountability across departments.
Marketplace & Channel Expansion: Build and execute B2C and B2B growth plans across platforms such as Amazon Walmart eBay Lowes and . Identify new marketplace opportunities partnerships and categories for expansion.
Optimize digital shelf performance including pricing content reviews and assortment to drive conversion and profitability.
Merchandising & Supplier Partnerships: Oversee supplier relationship strategy negotiate programs and promotional investments and execute brand growth plans with key partners.
Ensure supplier initiatives strengthen profitability brand differentiation and joint success.
Marketing & Brand Development: Oversee integrated marketing strategy across paid advertising content CRM and email campaigns. Partner with marketing leadership to drive acquisition retention and lifetime value.

Strategic Leadership: Support strategic planning processes aligning all departments around shared growth priorities.

Ideal Qualifications:
10 years of progressive leadership experience in e-commerce retail or consumer products
Proven success managing growth across major digital marketplaces (Amazon Walmart etc.)
Strong P&L ownership and strategic planning experience
Exceptional leadership communication and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of analytical rigor and creative vision
