This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms continue to expand their estate planning and wealth transfer practices.

Were connecting with attorneys in the 26 year range who have experience in estate planning administration and related tax matters.

Responsibilities

Draft wills trusts and related estate planning documents
Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
Handle probate and estate administration matters
Collaborate with tax and corporate attorneys on business succession planning

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending
26 years of estate planning or trusts & estates experience
LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required
Excellent drafting communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
$150000 $210000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
