Description
This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment providing exceptional care to critically ill patients in the cardiovascular intensive care unit.
As a CVICU Advanced Practice Provider you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the management of complex cardiovascular cases enhancing the overall performance of our healthcare services.
We offer a competitive salary range of $135000 - $147000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical care to patients in the CVICU
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Document patient interactions and care provided accurately
- Stay current with best practices in cardiovascular care
Requirements
MSN-AGACNP required
Experience w/heart failure population
2-3 years of critical care (ICU) RN or NP experience
Wants to work the night shift
