Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage mammography procedures and services
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supervise and mentor junior technologists
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
- Maintain and troubleshoot mammography equipment
- Document and report on procedures and outcomes
- Stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes
- Participate in staff training and continuing education programs
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support required
Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT) required
Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) required
Senior/Leadership Mammo Tech experience required
