Job Summary

Your scope of duties:

Design and implement performance testing strategies (load stress endurance scalability).
Develop test scripts using tools like JMeter LoadRunner Gatling or k6.
Monitor system metrics using tools like Dynatrace DataDog Azure Monitor or Grafana.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and operations teams.
Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize application performance.
Define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
Automate performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Our requirements:

Knowledge of Performance Testing Tools: JMeter LoadRunner k6 Gatling
Knowledge of Monitoring & APM: Dynatrace Azure Monitor DataDog Grafana
Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: Azure AWS GCP
Knowledge of Scripting & Programming: Python Java Bash PowerShell
Knowledge of Protocols & Technologies: HTTP/S WebSocket Kafka REST SOAP
Knowledge of CI/CD Integration: Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions
Strong Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis profiling and tuning
Communication: Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
