Job Summary

JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER (DIGITAL PHARMA)

Location: Ibadan Nigeria.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: N400-N450K Monthly Net Performance Bonus

Job Objective:

The Company is seeking to a highly skilled Customer Success Officer who will act as a support to our clients customers in taking full advantage of products driving sales by influencing product upgrades through upselling managing and sustaining relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate for this role must be technical savvy and possess a strong drive for high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to maintain ongoing customer relationships and networking Creating implementing and tracking customer success programs.
  • Measuring contribution to sales.
  • Onboarding and training clients.
  • Measuring tracking monitoring and minimising churn.
  • Provide insights on client-to-business interactions.
  • Improve customer experience through product support.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests.
  • Follow up with new customers on a sequenced basis through automated emails and planned sequential emails and phone calls to ensure awesome experience with products and services.
  • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience including highlighting areas in product and service operations flow responsible for churn and complaints and recommending actions to take for interventions and preventions.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers both online and offline.
  • Improve onboarding processes.
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization.
  • Aid in product design and product development using insights from customers



Requirements

. in Communications Marketing or a related field.

2-4 years of experience working as a Customer Success Officer or Client Relationship Officer within the Financial or Pharmaceutical sector.

Highly organized and able to multi-task.

Social analytical possess an aptitude for learning and using new software.

Self-driven and proactive nature.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate leadership qualities.

High level of computer literacy.

Knowledge of customer success processes.

Experience in document creation triaging problems and creatively proposing solutions for intervention and prevention.

Patient and active listener.

Passion for service.
