Job Purpose:

エキスパートセールスREPは担当エリアのセグメンテーションとターゲティングに基づいた活動計画達成に責任を持つそのためにオーラルヘルス業界患者消費者サイエンス会社戦略エキスパート戦略の深い理解をもとに効果的な訪問とディテーリング活動を通じ弊社製品の推奨を最大化し患者消費者の日々の健康への貢献を実現するなおこのポジションは歯科医療機関団体を訪問しディテーリング活動を実施する営業外勤職である

業務内容

• 会社戦略とエキスパート戦略への深い理解をもとに担当エリアのセグメンテーションとターゲティング戦略に基づく効果的かつ効率的な営業活動計画を策定しテリトリーマネージャーと合意した訪問ディテーリング活動を行う
• セグメンテーションターゲティングに基づいた歯科診療所への訪問活動の効果的効率的な訪問計画を策定する 対象となる製品カテゴリーの歯科医療従事者からの効果的なサンプリングおよび推奨を獲得するための活動を実行する 歯科医療機関の訪問によるディテーリング活動 歯科医療従事者の集まる会合例地区歯科医師会デンタルショーなどなどのタッチポイントにおけるセミナー開催 マルチチャネルディテーリングメールリモートWebinarダイレクトメールなどの効果的な活用 歯科医師会歯科衛生士会と協働する機会を模索しセミナー等を提案実行し連携を強化する ターゲット先における推奨を獲得するための活動計画をテリトリーマネージャーと合意し必要に応じてエリアキーアカウントマネージャートレードセールスとの協業を視野に入れた年間活動計画を策定しテリトリーマネージャーに提案を行い実行する
• Max Oral実現に向けエリアのメンバーだけでなくエキスパートチーム全体の活動によい影響を与える提案助言を積極的に提言する
• 疾患啓発および製品価値を届けるための能力向上に積極的に取り組む よりよいチーム作りのためのストレートトークによる提案適切なフィードバックを行うことを心がけるコンプライアンスを遵守し会社の評判を高めるための規律ある活動を行う

必須条件

• 専門短大卒業以上
• 3年以上の営業経験又は業務経験
• 要普通自動車運転免許AT限定可
