Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g. SAP Active Directory).
Utilize REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub MID Server and connectors for seamless data exchange.
Develop and maintain custom APIs and scripted integrations.
Build custom applications and workflows using AppEngine and Creator Studio.
Analyze and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms for optimization.
Handle message queue issues and resolve integration blockers.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in ServiceNow AppEngine Creator Studio and IntegrationHub.
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript GlideScript and UI scripting.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like ITSM CMDB ITOM and Service Catalog.
Strong understanding of security compliance and performance optimization.
