Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Design and implement autonomous AI agents using ServiceNows Agentic AI framework.
Develop intelligent workflows using AI Agent Studio AI Orchestrator and Control Tower.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Apply LLMs and RAG frameworks (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex) for AI-driven capabilities.
Coordinate multi-agent systems for complex task execution and decision-making.
Monitor and optimize AI agent performance using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in JavaScript Flow Designer Business Rules and UI Policies.
Experience with AI/ML models vector databases and RAG techniques.
Familiarity with AI Agent Studio Control Tower and AI Orchestrator.
