Job Title: Business Analyst (Junior)
Location: Dublin A96 (Hybrid model 2 days onsite/3 days remote)

Experience Level Required:
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed has the equivalent of 1-3 years experience with a progressive increase in responsibility.
It is a mandatory requirement that the Resource proposed hold the following qualifications or equivalents:
o Degree level qualification in a related field e.g. Information technology Computer Science Project management Business analyst.
Key Deliverable:
The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables are applicable to this Role.
Create process flow diagrams to visually represent business processes workflows and system interactions for existing and new processes and solutions including Smart Simple and Business Central.
Development and maintenance of project documentation including test plans pilot and sign-off documents and training materials including liaising with third party suppliers as required.
o Test Plans: Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the testing scope objectives strategies resources and schedules for the new system. Activities include identifying test requirements based on system specifications defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria preparing test cases and data sets and coordinating test execution across system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases. Ensure traceability between business requirements and test cases document test results track issues through resolution and ensure PowerBI summary reports are available to support go/no-go decisions for deployment.
o Pilot and Sign-off Documents: Coordinate pilot testing to validate system performance in the test system capture feedback and document formal signoffs from stakeholders confirming readiness for full implementation.
o Training Materials: Prepare user manuals quick reference guides and training sessions to ensure end users are confident and capable in using the new system.
Work closely with CLIENT ICT team and business partners to design and implement change management strategies and activities to ensure ICT changes are smoothly adopted and integrated within CLIENT.
