- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues including LAN WLAN CCTV and IP telephony systems.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related field.
- 24 years of hands-on experience in IT support including help desk operations network administration and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server environments (MCSA certified) and computer networking (CCNA certified or equivalent).
- Proficient in managing and supporting Antivirus firewalls and Microsoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely (via phone) and on-site.
- Good command of English both written and verbal.
