AsGrowth Lead/Manager ESfor mybacs you will own the Spanish market P&L and lead a team of3across performance content management and digital product. Youll reportdirectly to management plan and control thegrowth budget and connect the ES team with our international market departments (Performance Brand CRM Product and Ops).

Lead & Develop the ES Team (3 FTE):Lead and coachthe team; set priorities run weekly rituals remove blockers and develop talent; build aculture of accountability speed and learningto ensure high performance across functions.
Manage Budget & Performance:Plan and control thegrowth budgettogether with theES Performance Manager; maintain rigorousforecastingROASandLTV tracking; optimize spend across channels formaximum return.
Execute Multi-Channel Growth Initiatives:Connect all growth leversInfluencer MarketingPaid SocialAffiliateCRM & RetentionBrand/PRSocial Media & CommunityLanding Pages & CRO; ensureoperational excellencefor all campaigns and launches (briefings timelines QA legal checks).
Build the Year-2 Market Strategy:Definepositioningportfolio focushero SKUspricing and thepromotional calendarfor Spain; set the foundation forlong-term scalable growth.
Internal Collaboration across Departments:Partner withPerformance Brand Ops Customer Support;localizeglobal assetsshare insights andincrease experimentation velocityacross markets.
What you bring along
3 yearsof hands-ongrowth/market expansionexperience (preferably in a leadership position) or similar inconsumer goods(D2C/e-commerce) forSpain.
Proven track record ofscaling revenuewhile keepingCAC under control; confident managing large budgets with full ownership and precise forecasting
Channel expertiseacross paid media creator/influencer affiliate CRM/lifecycle and CRO you know how these play together.
Data-driven mindset: you live in dashboards (GA4 Meta/Google Ads Klaviyo/CRM BI tool) and make decisions from LTV/CAC.
Leadershipexperience: youve managed a small team set goals coached performance and built high-tempo rituals.
Strong collaborationwith creative/brand and performance teams; clear briefs structured feedback and crisp communication.
Spanish(native-level) andEnglish(fluent). Additional German is a plus.
Ownership speed and pragmatism you ship measure learn and iterate.
