Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles providing exceptional service and achieving monthly sales goals. This position requires excellent communication skills product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and interests.
Provide detailed information on vehicles including features pricing and financing options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory promotions and manufacturer incentives.
Follow up with potential and previous customers to build long-term relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Prepare all sales-related paperwork and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
