Job Summary

Pool and Spa Depot is hiring forFront Counter Retail Associatesfor our retail store located in Brentwood.

The Retail Sales Associates (RSA) provide customers with outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. The RSA serves customers by selling products testing water and answering customer questions.

Duties includebut are not limited to:

Processcustomer transactions and take payment via credit card and cash.
Buildrelationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services we offer
Completewater testand reviewresults with customer.
Stock and straighten shelves price merchandise and clean up around store as needed.
Performother related duties as assigned by management.

**This position pays an hourly wage plus commission!!

Qualifications:

One to two years related experience or equivalent.
Excellent customer service skills.
Previous experience in retail sales and cash handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexible schedule (Retail stores are open 7 days a week)
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

*Please note: This position is located at our Retail Store which is open 7 days a week. Weekend work will be a part of your work schedule.
