Main Activities

- Performs general electric and electronic inspections diagnosis and repairs and replacements autonomously.
- Follows up repairs ensuring the performed work effectiveness.
- Makes failure analysis establishing the problems root causes and taking actions to avoid repetitions.
- Performs electric and electronic activities such as low voltage panel repairs PLC programs loading or DC/AC engines speed control.
- Interprets electrical drawings.
- Executes maintenance plans.
- Monitors alarms in PLC cycle.
- Detects abnormalities on sensors actuators or variable speed drives.
- Verifies the correct functioning of tools instruments and accessories checking they fulfill with specifications.
- Carries out forklift or radio control overhead crane operation when applicable.
- Updates information in the maintenance systems and performs maintenance reports.
