Order Fulfillment Warehouse Team Member (Part-Time Temporary with Potential for Ongoing Work)

About the Role

Fierce Staffing Services is seeking reliable detail-oriented warehouse team memberswith a focus on team work to assist with order fulfillment and inventory support at our clients warehouse in Landover MD.

This is a part-time temporary position with the potential to become ongoing. During the holiday season (late November through December) hours and staffing needs will increase to support holiday flash sales.

Responsibilities

• Pick pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Organize and restock inventory shelves.

• Assist with labeling counting and verifying product quantities.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

• Support inventory checks and assist warehouse management as needed.

Requirements

• Must be reliable punctual and able to work independently.

• Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a small team environment.

• Comfortable with light to moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs).

• Ability to stand bend and move for extended periods.

• Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.

• Must be available during scheduled work hours and open to an increased schedule during holiday periods.

Work Environment

• The warehouse does not have heat during colder months. Staff will not be scheduled onsite if temperatures drop too low for safe working conditions.

• All necessary equipment and safety materials will be provided.

• This position is located inside a Warehouse unit in Landover MD.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $25/ HR

• Temporary part-time position with potential for ongoing work.
