The Role

What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Lead support and develop your team; helping them navigate challenges stay engaged and grow as future leaders.
- Foster a positive high-performing team culture through one-on-ones check-ins and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with executive and management teams to align goals share updates and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Manage group and individual KPIs providing both quantitative and qualitative updates to leadership on team performance goals and career paths.
- Oversee resource planning and strategy execution including recruiting hiring onboarding retention and workload management.
- Ensure quality control on client deliverables exceeding expectations every time.
- Provide guidance mentorship and hands-on support to team members on project management tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; communicating needs expectations and feedback effectively.
- Manage commercial construction projects as needed ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
- Take on additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

Essentials to Succeed:
- Proven leadership and communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive resourceful and accountable in managing competing priorities.
- Skilled at client interaction and team management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams SharePoint Outlook Excel Word).
- Understanding of full project lifecyclefrom initiation to closeout.
- Minimum 5 years of facilities or construction management experience including supervisory responsibility.
- Experience in leadership and project management roles.
- Valid drivers license.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field plus 3 years of commercial project management experience.
- Certifications or coursework in Business Project Management or related areas.
- PMP Certification (or ability to obtain within one year of hire).
- Experience with Oracle Primavera (P6) procurement materials management or financial forecasting.
- OSHA 30 certification.
