The Role: Sales Support Executive

As the Sales Support Executive youll be the operational backbone of the sales teamensuring every stage from proposal to delivery runs smoothly. Working closely with Account Managers technical specialists and partners youll provide the coordination and administrative expertise needed to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to Account Managers and the wider sales team.
• Prepare accurate quotations proposals and efficiently process customer orders.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams partners and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM system.
• Support client meetings presentations and assist in preparing sales reports and documentation.

About You

Youre organised adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment. You take pride in being the dependable person who keeps things running smoothly and ensures no detail is overlooked.

Youll ideally bring:

• Experience in Sales Support Customer Service or Sales Operationsideally within Telecoms IT or Unified Communications.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive self-motivated mindset with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
