Key Qualifications

Area	Requirement
Technical Knowledge	Solid mechanical maintenance background: able to read drawings identify missing details and validate scope in the field.
CMMS Expertise	Proficient in creating updating and tracking work orders BOMs and backlog within the system (Hexagon).
Parts & Materials Understanding	Familiar with MRO materials lead times kitting and storeroom processes to ensure job readiness.
Process Discipline	Understands planning workflow (request plan schedule execute feedback) and adheres to timelines (e.g. 48-hour work request conversion).
Data & Documentation	Comfortable maintaining equipment history attaching photos or measurements and improving BOM accuracy over time.
