Schedule Details:Clinic is open from 7am-7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am- 5:30pm Fridays. Shifts do not include weekends or holidays. Required to work two non-consecutive evenings until clinic close in this full-time position.

About Us:

The outpatient therapy department operates thirteen clinic locations serving all of Waukesha County. These thirteen locations combine to complete over 13000 outpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff provide care for patients with a variety of orthopedic neurologic cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 108 therapists to provide rehab services including physical therapy occupational therapy and speech therapy. Additionally we offer pediatric rehab and cancer rehab as clinic specific specialty services.

What You Will Do:

Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy a physical therapy diagnosis prognosis and plan of -assesses the ongoing effects of with and provides consultation to others in care physical therapist assistants and aides.

What you will need:

Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
