Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to join this exciting journey someone who will drive strategy deliver impactful features and ensure seamless adoption by internal and external users.

Responsibilities

• Lead a number of critical cross-functional projects from inception to completion
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to structure critical projects/software and facilitate decision making
• Contribute to the design development and iterations on a framework and materials for project management including but not limited to planning iterations risk management and progress reporting
• Drive accountability by identifying documenting and developing key performance indicators and metrics
• Take proactive steps to ensure teams meet or exceed expectations as well as managing expectations of cross-functional partners
• Work with various domain experts from Product Managers Engineers Engineering Managers UX Designers Product Marketing Sales Finance Legal etc.

• A bachelors degree or equivalent related working experience is required
• 2 years of experience in managing multiple projects preferably in a technology organization
• A technical background preferably in Software Development Testing or in a CI/CD context
• Experience in working in a multi-language multi-time zone environment
• Business acumen statistical analysis excellent written and verbal communication skills - were a global team and English is the most spoken language
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience with Jira is a must.
• You must have work authorization to work in Prague CZ.
