This position will work in Caterpillar China (Qingdao) R&D Center Electrification Energy Solution team on competitive electrification solutions development.

Responsibility:

The job will be related to the following but not limited to

Electric drive system requirements and specification development based on machine performance requirements

根据设备性能要求开展电驱动系统需求分析与技术规格制定工作

Electric drive system concept development

负责电驱动系统方案的概念设计与开发

Define requirements for components and control system

明确元器件及控制系统的技术需求与规格要求

Lead system DFMEA and validation plan

主导电驱动系统 DFMEA设计失效模式与影响分析编制及验证方案制定

Lead system design review

主导电驱动系统设计评审工作

Test bed development

负责测试台架的开发工作

Collaborate with machine and other system team to deliver the project

与设备团队及其他系统团队协作确保项目顺利交付

NPI issue resolution

负责新产品导入NPI过程中的问题解决

Degree Required

Bachelors degree or above in relevant field: Electrical / Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering

相关专业本科及以上学历电气工程机电一体化工程电子工程

Skill Preference

Electric Drive System Knowledge / 电驱动系统知识
Solid understanding of electric drive systems and key components such as batteries motors and power electronics.
熟练掌握电驱动系统及其关键元器件如电池电机电力电子的相关知识

System Architecture Familiarity / 系统架构理解能力
Familiar with electric drive system architecture and components including motor inverter DC-DC converter PDU and chargers.
熟悉电驱动系统架构及各类元器件如电机逆变器DC-DC 转换器高压配电单元充电器等

System Integration & Simulation / 系统集成与仿真能力
Capable of performing system-level integration and simulation of electric drive systems.
具备电驱动系统的集成与仿真能力

Communication & Project Management / 沟通与项目管理能力
Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
具备良好的沟通能力与跨职能项目管理能力

English Proficiency & Team Collaboration / 英语能力与团队协作
Good English reading writing and speaking skills; collaborative team player with a passion for new technologies and self-motivation.
英文能力良好具备团队协作精神对新技术有浓厚兴趣且工作主动积极

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
