Real Estate Associate Attorney $170k$240k BASE SALARY - Chicago IL

Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected mid-sized and boutique law firms throughout Chicago and the surrounding metro area that regularly hire Real Estate attorneys.

This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms continue to expand their transactional real estate teams to handle growing commercial industrial and mixed-use portfolios.

Were connecting with attorneys in the 37 year range who have experience in acquisitions dispositions leasing and financing transactions.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate purchase sale and lease agreements
Assist in financing and development transactions
Conduct due diligence and title review
Collaborate with clients lenders and other stakeholders to close transactions

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending
37 years of real estate or commercial transactional experience
Excellent drafting negotiation and organizational skills
Strong academic credentials and attention to detail

Compensation
$170000 $240000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
