About the RoleSoftware Program Manager
Lead cross-functional teams to delivercutting-edgesoftware solutions for Japanese automotive OEMs and suppliers. Manage project timelines budgets and quality benchmarks while collaborating with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute software projects usingschedulebudgetand quality benchmarks
Interface withsoftwareengineering teams on architecture integration and testing
Manage customer relationships at technical and executive levels
Overseecustomerproject deliverables resource allocation and risk management
Conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Scienceor related field; PMP certification a plus
5 years experience in software project management preferably in automotive
Familiarity withcloud softwareplatforms embedded systems and automotive standards (ASPICE ISO 26262)
Strong communicationand cross-cultural collaboration skills
Business-levelproficiencyin Japanese and English
