JRIs Childrens Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are dealing with substantial behavioral emotional and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary for them to flourish at home in school and within their communities.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $65000 to $100000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI Provides The Training So That:

This will be a blended role with responsibilities encompassing clinical support and quality initiatives across the Childrens Friend & Family Services Division.

Clinical Supervision:

  • Individual supervision of assigned individual staff.
  • Group supervision and licensure preparedness support.
  • Support to interns placed in Division as needed.

Quality Initiatives:

  • Centralized support and oversight in completing and analyzing division wide clinical audits and data collection.
  • Development of quality initiatives to address themes in need of support or to replicate best practices.

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Masters degree in Social Work Psychology or Counseling from an accredited college or university required.
  • Must have clinical licensure (LICSW or LMHC).
  • Must have 10 - 15 years of supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience growing programs and nurturing teams.
  • Community based experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience in a mental health setting with target population preferred.
  • Maintain a valid drivers license.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
