Ziegler CAT has an opening for a full-time Facilities & Security Coordinator. This position will support the Facilities department by managing maintenance requests purchasing vendor contracts budgeting assistance and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation systems overseeing security and fire system accounts coordinating testing and drills and handling access requests. Additionally the role will contribute significantly to developing Zieglers Preventative Maintenance Program and implementing a CMMS system.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal maintenance requests and follow up with employees to ensure timely resolution
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department
- Create accurate requisitions and maintain purchase orders through lifecycle
- Administer seasonal contracts for multiple vendors and locations
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to source services build a preferred vendor list and ensure timely vendor payments
- Work with various levels of company management to compile annual budget information and help prioritize repairs and maintenance
- Complete various inspections and documentation (RPZ elevator etc.)
- Well and drinking water requirements
- Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems
- Assist with documentation of policies and procedures ensuring documentation retention policies are followed
- Manage security and fire panel access codes using a variety of vendor systems
- Coordinate with in-house technicians or outside vendors to schedule troubleshooting of alarm trouble codes or system faults
- Manage employee badges create modify or deleting
- Monitor security cameras and assist with incident investigation by reviewing security camera footage
- Manage lock-up schedules and key access requests across all card-access locations
- Manage the planning and execution of severe weather and fire safety procedures and drills
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2 yr college degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a safety and/or security role
- 3 years of experience in customer service
- Strong verbal written and listening communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
- Personal Attributes: Commitment / Dependability Planning and Organization Attention to Detail Efficiency Teamwork
Travel:
- Up to 15% travel (mainly day trips)

The pay range for this position is
$26.32 to $31.57
Starting wage is dependent on skills experience education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicants location. Along with competitive pay full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
