WHO YOU ARE

You are an experiencedCommunity Cleaner & Groundskeeperwith at least one (1) year of professional cleaning experience and at least one (1) year of experience as a groundskeeper landscaper or related role! Overall youre responsible for maintaining the look of your community through both day-to-day cleaning and groundskeeping activities.

Perform groundskeeping services
Perform housekeeping/cleaning services
Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the property
Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests
Optimize the life and value of physical assets
