Job Title: RPA & Automation Specialist
Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RPA professional to evolve into a Hyperautomation Specialist role. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in developing and deploying UiPath solutions and will now be responsible for expanding automation capabilities using AI/ML intelligent document processing process mining and low-code tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Design develop test and deploy RPA bots using platforms like UiPath Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
Integrate RPA solutions with AI/ML models APIs OCR engines and enterprise systems
Collaborate with business and Innovation & AI teams to implement Hyperautomation solutions involving:

Low-code/no-code platforms
AI/ML services (e.g. NLP classification prediction)
Intelligent document processing (IDP)

Monitor and maintain existing automations and ensure their scalability and compliance.
Participate in solution architecture governance and automation lifecycle management.
Prepare technical documentation and training materials for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
5 years of hands-on experience with RPA platforms.
Experience or strong interest in expanding into Hyperautomation technologies.
Good understanding of API integration cloud services (e.g. Azure AWS) and database querying (SQL).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and intelligent automation use cases.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer Solution Architect or Hyperautomation Specialist).
Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with process mining or task capture tools.

Exposure to AI-based solutions like chatbots sentiment analysis or computer vision.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and version control tools (e.g. Git).
