We are currently seeking a Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team in NoidaChennaiBengaluruHyderabad Karnataka India.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Marketing Cloud Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a strong technical background in CRM integrations campaign automation and dynamic content development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable marketing automation solutions that enable personalized and data-driven customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.

• Experience in Sales Cloud is needed as there will be Integrations from Marketing Cloud to Sales Cloud.

• Create and maintain complex audience segmentation logic using SQL within Marketing Cloud.

• Develop responsive HTML email templates Cloud Pages and personalized content using AMPScript.

• Configure and manage SMS platforms for multi-channel communication campaigns.

• Integrate Salesforce CRM data with Marketing Cloud for personalized cross-channel engagement.

• Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to design data models and ensure seamless synchronization of data between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

• Utilize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for analytics and performance tracking.

• Leverage tools like Workbench and Data Loader for data management and troubleshooting.

• Ensure compliance with email deliverability best practices and data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM GDPR etc.).

Required Qualifications

Marketing Cloud Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer

• Proficient in SQL for data segmentation and query development

• Expertise in Journey Builder Automation Studio and Email Studio

• Strong proficiency in HTML and AMPScript for email and Cloud Page development

• Basic understanding of JavaScript for dynamic functionality

• Experience with SMS platform configuration and management

Salesforce Core Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)

• Proficiency in Salesforce Reports Dashboards and Data Management tools

• Experience with Workbench and Data Loader

Preferred Skills

• Experience in API integrations between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.

• Knowledge of data modeling and relational data structures in Salesforce.

• Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or other marketing automation tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Marketing Technology or a related field.
