Payroll Specialist EMEA (f/m/d) -based in Berlin/Dreilinden

What you will accomplish:
- Manage timely and accurate payroll execution for multiple European countries and entities
- Collaboration with internal and external partners (outsourced payroll vendor HR Benefit and Stocks Team authorities and auditors)
- Evaluate internal work processes and service deliveries make recommendations and support implementing changes for improved efficiencies
- Partner with various teams to improve and streamline processes
- Chip in to payroll relevant projects
- Ensure perfect communication with the business and employees and be accountable for delivering on ad hoc queries
- Adhere to Things we value and behaviors and uphold high ethical standards
What you will bring:
2 years of professional experience in complex payroll execution ideally in a shared service environment
Knowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across multiple EMEA countries including benefits and equity
Team player highly detail- and goal-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities thriving in virtual teams with flexibility and reliability
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace; fluent in English additional languages a plus
