About the Role
Were on the hunt for a Diploma qualified Veterinary Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care and support to our Waiuku patients on a permanent part-time basis.
What Youll Do:
- Carry out veterinary nursing procedures under the guidance of our talented veterinarians
- Assist with surgical procedures and monitor anaesthesia
- Collect and submit diagnostic samples
- Assist with X-rays.
- Patient monitoring and treatment.
- IV catheter placement
- Conduct veterinary nurse consults offering pet owners guidance on pet healthcare nutrition and wellbeing
About You
You are an enthusiastic and experienced Vet Nurse with a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing who is keen to make a difference to our clients and patients. Your warm and friendly manner and ability to be calm and efficient under pressure will ensure your success and enjoyment in this team.
Working as part of a strong engaged team of veterinarians nurses and customer services staff; youll thrive in a busy environment that creates value for our clients and goes the extra mile to help their pets. We are committed to providing gold standard medical and surgical care and you will be too.
